Dr. Jeremy Gomer founded the Virtue healthcare family in 2021 with Virtue Primary Care. He chose the name "Virtue" because it was the topic of his doctoral dissertation in philosophy, signifying moral and intellectual excellence, and is the concept he devoted his life to.

Dr. Gomer’s medical training is in internal medicine and obesity medicine. His approach emphasizes comprehensive care, patient relationships, thoughtful use of medications, and research-backed treatment. He serves on the faculty of Temecula Valley Hospital’s internal medicine program.

The family now connects patient care, practice support, medical-legal evaluation, and education. Each organization has a distinct audience and role; the founding commitment to excellence ties them together.
